That's my thing with Allen. He's competing for a backup role and was a scorer without being a very good distance shooter. I'm very much a fan of Isaiah Briscoe, but from the roster Arizona will have that year Allonzo Trier would probably be the better fit as the better shooter who can spread the floor. Hard to go wrong with either of them, but a known jump shooter would be a good fit IMO.
